I’m Shay de Silva, an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Medical Exercise Specialist. Learning how to work out anytime, anywhere, with no equipment, has completely changed my life. I love how my entire body and mind feel totally relaxed and energized all at the same time after a good workout, even when I don’t leave the house.

A few years ago, that wasn’t the case. My job required a lot of travel. Between endless meetings and jet lag, it was often difficult to find time (and energy!) for hour-long gym sessions. I was constantly exhausted and even put on 15 pounds. I spent a lot of time looking for a workout program that fit my lifestyle. I wanted short, intense workout routines. I also wanted a few different options so I wouldn’t get bored. I tried every fitness program I could get my hands on, but nothing seemed to work. I needed weights. I needed bands. I needed the latest gadget. I needed at least an hour every day. Ugh!

I decided that if I wanted a program I could actually do anytime, anywhere, I would need to make my own workouts. And that’s how Fast Fitness to Go began. I created Fast Fitness to Go because I believe that lack of time and equipment should never prevent you from getting a great workout.

What makes Fast Fitness to Go so special?

Sure, there are lots of free workouts out there, including many that don’t require any weights or equipment. But there are a few things you’ll get from Fast Fitness to Go that you won’t get anywhere else.

I wake up every day inspired to create fun and effective workouts so everyone has the freedom to have an amazing workout anytime, anywhere. My goal is to make working out fast, fun, and effective. I want people to look forward to feeling calm and more fit after just 25 minutes of extremely focused exercise. Everything I do is concentrated on making getting and staying in shape fun and easy, so people can feel great and have an overall sense of well-being without spending hours in the gym.
