Have you ever started to feel sore and tired within the first few seconds of beginning a workout? When that happens, it’s easy to focus on how awful you feel and decide to quit before you even hit the minute mark. But give yourself a little more time, and you may decide to stick with the workout after all.

Need some help getting through those first few minutes? Put your favorite songs at the beginning of your playlist so you have something to look forward to.
Still struggling after five minutes? Switch to something easier or give yourself permission to wrap things up early. I want you to enjoy your workout sessions. If you’re hating every minute of a workout, it’s doing more harm than good in the long run.
