Quick Workout and Smoothie Recipe

I decided to team up with a fellow entrepreneur, Anjali Varma of The Modern Mompreneur, to give you a quick at-home workout and smoothie recipe.

  • Plank – either hold plank for 10 seconds or moving plank (elbows to hands) for 10 reps
  • Inverted V Leg Lifts – 10 on each side
  • Dips – 10 dips
  • One Leg Fly – 10 on each leg if leg is raised or if leg is not raised 20
  • Burpees – 10
  • Repeat 5 times


  • Almond Milk
  • Coconut Water
  • Berries
  • Frozen Mangos
  • Kale
  • Ground Flax Seed
  • Whey Protein Powder
