Quick Workout and Smoothie Recipe

It’s easy to talk ourselves into thinking that exercise and eating well needs to be time-consuming, boring, and even painful. Fortunately, that’s not actually the case. I decided to team up with a fellow entrepreneur, Anjali Varma of The Modern Mompreneur, to give you a quick at-home workout and smoothie recipe.
- Plank – either hold plank for 10 seconds or moving plank (elbows to hands) for 10 reps
- Inverted V Leg Lifts – 10 on each side
- Dips – 10 dips
- One Leg Fly – 10 on each leg if leg is raised or if leg is not raised 20
- Burpees – 10
- Repeat 5 times

- Coconut Water
- Berries
- Frozen Mangos
- Kale
- Ground Flax Seed
- Whey Protein Powder
