Work Out In Bed… No Partner Required

in bed workoutMost of us know that in addition to our daily workouts, it’s good to stay active throughout the day. Our bodies are meant to move, and very few of us do that regularly. All too often, we spend our days sitting in front of a computer and then spend our evenings sitting in front of a television. Even the best workout isn’t enough to overcome sitting or lying down for the other 23+ hours in a day, so it’s important to keep moving. Walking on your lunch break, doing squats while you brush your teeth, and squeezing your butt during your commute are all great, but why not do a few exercises before you even get out of bed? Talk about a fantastic way to start the day!
